POLICY HANDLING STANDARDS

How freehit365 Manages Your Data and Account

We handle your data, cookies, and account security according to the practices described here.

Data Collection and Use

We collect account registration data, transaction records, and session logs to operate the platform and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes outside this platform.

Cookie Policy

freehit365 uses functional cookies to keep your session active, preference cookies to remember your lobby settings, and analytics cookies to understand how you navigate the site. You can manage non-essential cookies from your browser at any time.

Account Security Practices

Account access is protected by password authentication and optional two-factor verification. If we detect unusual login behaviour — such as a sign-in from an unrecognised device — we may temporarily lock the account and notify you by email.

Data Retention Period

We retain your account and transaction records for the period required under applicable law — typically six years from account closure. After this period, personal data is deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold requires extended storage.

How to Request Changes

To update, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, email our policy team with your registered account details. We verify your identity before making any changes and confirm completion in writing once the request is processed.

Disputes and Escalation

If you disagree with a decision made about your account — a suspended session, a declined withdrawal, or a data-handling matter — you may submit a formal dispute in writing. We respond within five business days with our reasoned position and next steps.

Common Questions About Our Legal Terms

These questions cover what we hear most often about account rights, data access, policy enforcement, and how to get formal answers from our team. If your question is not listed here, the Help Centre or our policy email inbox is the right place to start.

These terms apply to anyone who opens or accesses a freehit365 account in a region where doing so is permitted under local law. Access in any Indian state is subject to the specific laws of that state, and it is your responsibility to confirm that access is lawful where you are.

We collect your name, email address, date of birth, and any payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe at registration. We also log session data, device type, and transaction history for security and legal compliance purposes.

Yes. Email our policy team with your account details and a deletion request. We verify your identity, process the request, and confirm in writing. Note that legal retention obligations may require us to keep transaction records for a defined period even after deletion.

We notify you by email explaining the reason for suspension. Any balance in your account is held securely during the review. You may respond in writing within 14 days. If the matter is resolved in your favour, account access is restored and any held balance is released.

Submit your dispute by email with the transaction reference, date, and amount. Our team checks the payment record against our processing logs — including UPI or PhonePe gateway data — and provides a written response within five business days explaining our finding.

The core terms are the same across the platform, but access and eligibility vary by state depending on local legislation. We do not offer services in states where online wagering is prohibited, and account registrations from those regions are declined at the point of sign-up.

We hold account records and transaction data for the period required by applicable law, which is typically six years from account closure. Once that period ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless a specific legal hold requires us to retain it longer.
