What we keep and why

We keep privacy handling narrow: collect what is needed for account records, payment matching, device checks and support replies.

Data Scope

We collect the details you enter, login logs, device type, browser signals and payment references needed to match deposits and answer account requests. We do not ask for extra details that are not needed for those tasks.

Cookies

Cookies remember your session, language choice and basic site settings. They also help us spot repeated failed sign-ins. If you clear them, some preferences reset and you may need to verify your account again.

Account Security

Your password, device checks and any one-time code help us confirm that the request came from you. If we see unusual access, we may pause the session and ask for a fresh check before we continue.

Retention

We keep records only while they are needed for account operation, dispute handling, tax or accounting duties, and legal requests. When the purpose ends, we delete or anonymise the record where our systems allow it.

You can ask for a correction, a copy or deletion of certain details by writing from the email linked to your account. We will confirm identity first and explain any request that local law does not allow.

We share data with payment partners, hosting providers and authorities only when it is needed to process a request, protect the account, or meet a legal duty. We do not sell your personal details.
